From My Clients

"Lindsey quickly became a trusted part of our business, and I'd highly recommend her to any growing company that needs operational and HR support."

Dan, Recruitment Tech start-up founder
"What stood out most about Lindsey, was how quickly she got under the skin of the business and gave us findings we could act on, not generic recommendations. We'd highly recommend her to any growing business that's outgrown its "HR as compliance" mindset and needs a proper, honest read on culture and people processes. "

Neil Wright, COO, Citrus-Lime Ltd
"When we brought Lindsey in, our payroll and processes were a bit of a mess. She quickly put that right building out HR, compliance, finance and payroll processes that were practical, not overengineered. That gave us the structure and confidence to scale properly, with a stronger team and consistently great service to our clients. Lindsey became a genuinely trusted part of the business, and I’d recommend her without hesitation to any growing company needing HR and operational support."

Ricky Herbert, Head of Operations - SRS People
Historically, we’d always treated HR as a purely regulatory function — necessary, but not something we invested in strategically. As we've scaled to around 70 people across two UK, plus opening up our first US office a couple of years ago, we realised we had managers for every part of the business, but no one dedicated to our people. Talking with Lindsey confirmed we were making the right call: she ran a culture healthcheck, interviewing a genuine cross-section of staff — new starters and long-standing employees, across both offices — and gave us a report that was genuinely insightful, surfacing things we hadn't seen ourselves. She followed this with a document healthcheck, giving us a clear, prioritised list of what we needed to bring our policies up to date and future-proof them."

Neil Wright, COO, Citrus Lime
"As first time founders building OFFer OUT, there was a lot we simply didn’t know about running a company properly. Lindsey was brilliant at breaking it all down for us, talking us through the practical realities of HR, compliance, finance and payroll, and helping us understand what we actually needed in place and why. Her advice gave us real clarity and confidence as we grew, and made the whole process far less daunting. She’s been a genuinely valuable sounding board for us, and we’d recommend her to any founders navigating the early stages of starting up."

Paul Stevenson, Director - OFFer OUT
