Services
I take care of a range of finance-related administration, helping you keep information organised and making sure important tasks don't get overlooked. This includes bookkeeping (experienced with Xero, FreeAgent, Zoho Books), invoicing and credit control, payment tracking and follow-up, expense recording and receipt organisation, timesheets and financial data entry, and maintaining spreadsheets for budget monitoring. I can also support with payroll processing and setup and pension set up and filing.
This is administrative support rather than regulated accounting or tax advice.
Finance Administration
Reliable support with the day-to-day tasks that keep your business moving. I can provide an additional layer of support to busy business owners and senior leaders, taking care of the detail so you can concentrate on the bigger picture. You get reliable, professional support behind the scenes, without the commitment of employing someone full-time.
This can include diary and inbox management, meeting scheduling and preparation, document creation and proofreading, data entry, CRM and database management, and building the spreadsheets, trackers and reports that keep you informed.
Business Administration
Good compliance is about more than having policies sitting in a folder. It is about having the right processes, records and evidence in place and knowing when they need to be reviewed or renewed. My aim is to move compliance away from being a last-minute scramble and make it part of your normal business processes.
I can help by maintaining compliance records and documentation, tracking certifications, accreditations and renewal dates, coordinating evidence for audits, tenders and client requirements, and keeping policies and procedures up to date and easy to find when you need them.
Compliance
& Business Documentation
I provide practical business operations support to help small businesses become more organised, efficient and easier to manage.
Whether you need help getting your day-to-day operations under control, improving existing processes or putting better systems in place, I work alongside you to bring structure, clarity and consistency to the business.
The focus isn't just on getting tasks done, but on making the way your business operates more efficient and sustainable. From spreadsheets and dashboards to workflows, templates, SOPs and task trackers, I build systems that work for your business rather than creating more administration by reviewing what's already in place, documenting clearer processes, and helping you monitor the KPIs and actions that matter.

“When we brought Lindsey in, our payroll and processes were a bit of a mess. She quickly put that right building out HR, compliance, finance and payroll processes that were practical, not overengineered. That gave us the structure and confidence to scale properly, with a stronger team and consistently great service to our clients. Lindsey became a genuinely trusted part of the business, and I’d recommend her without hesitation to any growing company needing HR and operational support.”
